Video won't play - getting error message inside the player...

When you watch videos onsite they are streamed from Amazon S3 with an expiring permission key.

If you receive an error message and are unable to stream/watch a video in your browser:

1) Refresh the page (allows a new request to be made / access key issued)
2) Wait a few minutes and try again.
3) Logout then log back in (http://productspeed.com/members/)

This is almost always resolved by simply refreshing the page you're on, logging out then logging back in or simply waiting a few minutes for the issued access key to expire and a new one will be issued.
